Iranian Scientific Association of Waste Engineering and Management
The Iranian Scientific Society for Waste Engineering and Management was established under the supervision of the Scientific Societies Commission of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, with the participation of professors, experts, scholars and prominent managers of the country, in order to expand, advance and scientifically promote waste management and engineering, develop the quality of specialized personnel and improve educational and research affairs in the fields of environmental engineering and waste management. This society received an establishment license from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in 2011.
The goals and activities of the association are:
Conducting scientific and cultural research at the national and international levels with researchers and specialists who deal with environmental science and waste in some way.
Cooperating with executive, scientific and research institutions in the field of evaluating, reviewing and implementing plans and programs related to education and research in the scientific field of the association’s activities.
Encouraging and encouraging researchers and honoring distinguished researchers and professors.
Providing educational, research and technical services.
Holding scientific meetings at the national, regional and international levels.
Publishing scientific books and journals.
